What’s the difference between Grab & Go Garlands and Installed Garlands?
Grab & Go Garlands are pre-assembled balloon garlands that you pick up and easily install yourself with the provided hanging kit. They’re perfect for smaller parties or quick celebrations. Installed Garlands are custom-built on-site by our team, allowing for larger sizes, more complex designs, and professional placement to create a statement backdrop.
What types of balloons do you use?
We only use professional-quality balloons such as Tuftex, Sempertex, and Kalisan. These brands offer superior durability, richer colors, and a longer float/display life compared to standard party-store balloons.
How long will the balloons last?
Indoor balloons can last up to a week or longer depending on temperature, humidity, and handling. Outdoor balloons are more sensitive and may only last 12–24 hours due to heat, wind, or sunlight. We recommend placing installations in shaded or covered areas whenever possible.
Do you offer outdoor setup?
Yes! We are happy to set up outdoors, but please note: balloons are impacted by heat, direct sun, wind, and rain. We strongly recommend shaded, covered, or indoor-adjacent areas to extend longevity. Additional prep fees may apply for outdoor installs to cover anchoring, weights, and weather adjustments.
What’s the difference between Basic and Luxe Packages?
Our Basic packages include standard garland sizes and simple backdrop walls (8x4). Luxe packages include larger garlands (12 ft+), premium shimmer or flower walls (8x8), and elevated styling for maximum impact. Both are beautiful — Luxe is ideal for weddings, milestone events, and upscale celebrations.
