Service Description
Whether you love shimmer, florals, arches, or greenery — our backdrop walls are the perfect way to transform your space into a photo-ready focal point. Designed to complement any event, each wall brings a touch of luxury and can be styled on its own or paired with balloon garlands, florals, or LED signage for a fully curated look. Available Sizes: 8x4 ft – Perfect for dessert tables, smaller parties, or accent décor. $250 8x8 ft – A true statement wall for entrances, photo backdrops, and head tables. $400 All backdrop walls include a standard 4 hour rental time and include set-up, delivery within Ellis County and breakdown. Additional time may be purchased if necessary. Outdoor Durability Prep required for all Outdoor Events to ensure stability. We have a large selection of colors available and are still building our inventory. Cancellation Policy
🌟 Backdrop Wall Rental Policy Our shimmer, flower, and greenery walls are designed to transform your event space into a stunning photo-ready backdrop. Please review the following policies before booking. Rental Period • Standard wall rentals include up to 4 hours of event use. • Additional time may be arranged in advance at $50/hr. • Rentals ending after 11 PM may incur a $75 late-night fee. Payments • A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. • Bookings made within 7 days require full payment at the time of booking. Setup Requirements • Walls require a clear, level space sized to the rental (8x4 ft or 8x8 ft) with access for setup and teardown. • Outdoor walls must be under full cover (tent, awning, or indoor-style structure) and on level ground. Luxe Curated Events may refuse setup if conditions are unsafe. Damages & Responsibility • Client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the wall, frame, or accessories during the rental. • Repair or replacement costs will be billed at market value. • Damage deposits may be required for certain venues or outdoor events. Outdoor Prep • Outdoor installations require Outdoor Durability Prep (+75 per booking) which includes extra weighted bases, reinforced anchoring, and weather protection. • If weather conditions pose risk to safety or equipment, Luxe Curated Events reserves the right to modify, relocate, or cancel setup. Delivery & Teardown • Delivery, professional setup, and teardown are included within Ellis County. • Travel fees may apply outside this area. • Client must provide venue access details at least 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations more than 14 days prior may transfer the deposit to a new date (based on availability). • Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. • Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and are eligible for rescheduling. ✨ By booking, you agree to these terms and help us create a beautiful, stress-free backdrop for your event.
