Balloon columns and stacks are the perfect way to make a statement without needing a full install. Whether you want to frame an entryway, spotlight a cake table, send a birthday surprise, or add pops of color throughout your space — these freestanding designs bring the wow factor. From simple and classic to luxe and organic, each piece is customized to match your theme, colors, and vibe 🤍


Cancellation Policy

ORDER & PICKUP: -All Grab and Go Balloon Garlands must be ordered a minimum of 7 days in advance to ensure color selection availability. Rush orders will be accepted on a per availability basis and may require additional fees if rush shipping for balloons is necessary. -Garlands are custom made to match your selected color palette and size -Pick up is by appointment only at our Waxahachie home based business location. Exact address for pick up will be sent after color confirmation. The general location is near Tom Thumb off 77 in Waxahachie. TRANSPORTATION & HANDLING: -Luxe Curated Events Co. will package your balloon garland in an easy transport bag and include a hanging kit as well as a few extra balloons to cover you for accidents, however we are not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup. Please remember these are balloons and they need to be handled with care. -We strongly recommend SUV's seats folded down or larger vehicles for transport. Most garlands will not fit in sedans or compact cars. -Balloons are delicate, avoid sharp objects, wearing jewelry such as rings while handling, extreme heat, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during transport and storage. BALLOON LIFESPAN: -While air filled garlands can last several days or even weeks indoors, we cannot guarantee longevity once picked up, especially in outdoor or high-humidity environments. -Outdoor prep balloons should last 1-2 days outdoors if avoiding direct sunlight. Dark colors are never recommended for outside in sunny or hot months due to risk of popping. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: -Full payment is due at the time of invoice, and your date is not secured prior to invoice payment. -Cancellations made 72 hours or more before pickup are only eligible for 50% refund or reschedule due to custom supplies being ordered. -Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are not eligible for refund or reschedule. -You may cancel or reschedule online up to 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up. Less than 72 hours will require you to contact me directly through phone, text, or email. BY PLACING A GRAB & GO ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
