Service Description
Transform any blank space into a show-stopping backdrop with our organic balloon walls. Designed with layers of varied balloon sizes, soft textures, and curated colors, each wall is a modern statement piece that elevates your celebration. From weddings and quinceañeras to birthdays and corporate events, our walls create the perfect photo-worthy setting. Looking for extra impact? Customize your wall with premium balloons, lush florals, extra colors or glowing signage for a luxe finish that reflects your unique style. Balloon walls are priced per square foot and customized to any size that you need, with 3 colors included. Customizations are priced as follows and will be added at time of invoice; premium balloons ie: specialty, double stuffed, foils etc ($5/square foot), extra colors $45/color, florals $150 for accents or $300 for full lush florals; LED signage $60. All fees include delivery, set-up, and break down (where necessary for rented equipment such as signs, florals, drape kits etc.) There may be additional fees for delivery if outside of the standard Ellis County delivery zone. $200 deposit required upon invoice creation to secure your date. Remainder due 1 week prior to installation. If set-up will be outside, outdoor prep fees for both balloons and event rentals will apply as the wall will require both to be stable. Double stuffing is strongly recommended for outdoor balloons.
Cancellation Policy
Installation Timing: -Clients must provide a minimum of 1-2 hours of setup time prior to the event start. Larger or more complex installs may require additional time, which will be discussed in advance. -Access to the event space must be arranged in advance, with all areas cleared and ready before our arrival. Attachment & Wall Notice: -Balloon arches and garlands are installed using non-damaging methods such as removable hooks, zip ties, command strips etc., However, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ADHESIVES WILL NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO PAINT, OR SURFACES. **** By Booking this service, the client acknowledges and accepts any risk of minor wall or surface damage that may occur during installation or removal and agrees that Luxe Curated Events Co. is not responsible for minor damage due to normal install methods. ****If wall damage is a concern, please notify us beforehand, so we arrange alternative methods (e.g., freestanding frames or pipe/drape systems-additional fees apply) Weather Considerations (Outdoor Installs): -Extreme heat, wind, or rain may impact the integrity and longevity of balloon decor. -Luxe Curated Events Co. is not liable for weather related damage once set-up is complete. -Outdoor installs must be in shaded area or under cover when possible to prevent balloon damage, and may require additional equipment at an added fee for appropriately weighting down. Client Duties: -It is the customers responsibility to secure a backup indoor location for installation if weather makes it impossible to safely or securely install balloons. No refunds will be given due to weather. -Please do not reposition or modify balloon installs after set-up. Doing so may compromise structural integrity. All installations will be approved as "installed to satisfaction" prior to our departure. An authorized adult 18 or older must be present for install and sign off on final product. -Children and pets should be supervised around balloon decor to prevent accidental choking or damage. POST EVENT REMOVAL: Balloon removal is not included in install unless rented equipment such as backdrops or arches is used but may be purchased for an additional fee if desired. Cancellation Policies: Cancellations require 7 days notice and are only 50% refundable due to custom supply orders. You may reschedule your event 1 time with 72 hours notice. Full refunds are only allowed if supplies have not been ordered ie: cancel prior to color consult.
