Service Description
Our Basic Garlands are built with a standard width profile and classic clusters for a clean, organic look. Ideal for accent décor, dessert tables, or smaller gatherings — they bring color and style, and the perfect photo moments without overwhelming your space. Installed for $26/foot. Our Luxe Balloon Garlands include larger balloons and larger clusters to create a more full, luxurious and dramatic look. The perfect statement piece, designed to give your event that WOW factor. Installed for $31/foot. All installed Garlands include delivery within Ellis county, and expert set-up so you can relax and enjoy your event. All installed garlands include up to 3 colors. Larger sizes are available by request, (for smaller sizes check out grab and go garlands) and will include additional fees for delivery due to needing extra equipment for transportation. Simply inquire for a custom quote, but per foot base fee remains the same. All garlands include delivery and professional set-up. Break down can be added for an additional fee, unless rented equipment is used for the install. For example stands or added wall rental. In which case break down will be included in those fees. If your balloons will be installed outside, outdoor prep fee is a required add on to ensure maximum durability for your balloons. Double stuffing for outdoor events is also highly recommended, though not required.
Cancellation Policy
Installation Timing: -Clients must provide a minimum of 1-2 hours of setup time prior to the event start. Larger or more complex installs may require additional time, which will be discussed in advance. -Access to the event space must be arranged in advance, with all areas cleared and ready before our arrival. Attachment & Wall Notice: -Balloon arches and garlands are installed using non-damaging methods such as removable hooks, zip ties, command strips etc., However, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ADHESIVES WILL NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO PAINT, OR SURFACES. **** By Booking this service, the client acknowledges and accepts any risk of minor wall or surface damage that may occur during installation or removal and agrees that Luxe Curated Events Co. is not responsible for minor damage due to normal install methods. ****If wall damage is a concern, please notify us beforehand, so we arrange alternative methods (e.g., freestanding frames or pipe/drape systems-additional fees apply) Weather Considerations (Outdoor Installs): -Extreme heat, wind, or rain may impact the integrity and longevity of balloon decor. -Luxe Curated Events Co. is not liable for weather related damage once set-up is complete. -Outdoor installs must be in shaded area or under cover when possible to prevent balloon damage, and may require additional equipment at an added fee for appropriately weighting down. Client Duties: -It is the customers responsibility to secure a backup indoor location for installation if weather makes it impossible to safely or securely install balloons. No refunds will be given due to weather. -Please do not reposition or modify balloon installs after set-up. Doing so may compromise structural integrity. All installations will be approved as "installed to satisfaction" prior to our departure. An authorized adult 18 or older must be present for install and sign off on final product. -Children and pets should be supervised around balloon decor to prevent accidental choking or damage. POST EVENT REMOVAL: Balloon removal is not included in install unless rented equipment such as backdrops or arches is used but may be purchased for an additional fee if desired. Cancellation Policies: Cancellations require 7 days notice and are only 50% refundable due to custom supply orders. You may reschedule your event 1 time with 72 hours notice. Full refunds are only allowed if supplies have not been ordered ie: cancel prior to color consult.
