Includes our modern iPad booth, a basic 8 ft balloon garland, and a standard 8x4 backdrop wall in your choice of floral, greenery, or shimmer. Simple, fun, and budget-friendly. ✨ Luxe iPad Party – Ideal for weddings, milestone celebrations, and luxury events. Features our iPad booth, a 12 ft luxe balloon garland, and a luxe 8x8 backdrop wall in your choice of floral, greenery, or shimmer for a high-end, curated look. Cancellation Policy
Party Package Policies We are thrilled to help bring your event vision to life! To ensure the best experience, please review the following policies that apply to all party packages, including balloons, backdrops, and photo booths. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. • Final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may transfer deposits to a future booking within 6 months. • Cancellations made within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Balloon Installations • Please allow adequate set-up time prior to your event start. • We use professional-grade materials, but balloons are sensitive to weather, pets, and children. We are not liable for damage after setup is complete. • If attaching to walls, command hooks or tape may leave minor marks. Client assumes responsibility for any surface damage. • Outdoor installations may be impacted by heat, wind, or rain. We recommend a shaded/protected area. Backdrops & Rentals • Backdrops (shimmer, flower, greenery, etc.) are for 4-hour rentals unless otherwise arranged. • Items must remain in original condition; damages or missing items will result in replacement fees. • If outdoor, backdrops must be placed on level ground and in safe conditions and include outdoor prep add on. Photo Booths (iPad & Mirror) • Packages include 4 hours of booth time. Additional hours may be added at the listed hourly rate. • Late-night events (ending after 11:00 PM) may incur an additional fee. • Our booths operate digitally; photos are delivered electronically unless prints are specified. • Booths are unattended unless an attendant is added to your package. Client is responsible for guest conduct while using unattended booths. • Reliable power and Wi-Fi access are required for best performance. Damages & Liability • Client is responsible for damages caused by guests or event conditions. • Luxe Curated Events Co. is not liable for accidents, injuries, or issues beyond our control (weather, power, Wi-Fi, venue restrictions, etc.).
