Cancellation Policy

📸 Photo Booth Rental Policy We want your event to be stress-free and fun! Please review the following before booking your Luxe Curated Events Co. photo booth. Rental Period • Standard rentals include 4 hours of booth time. • Additional hours may be arranged in advance under "add on's" on booking page. • Late-night rentals ending after 11 PM add $75. Payments • $200 non-refundable deposit required to book. • Balance due 7 days before event. • Events booked within 7 days must be paid in full. Setup Requirements • Requires 6x6 ft. space, power outlet within 20 ft., and Wi-Fi for sharing features. • Outdoor booths must be under full cover (tent, awning) and on level ground. Luxe Curated Events may refuse unsafe outdoor setups. Attendants & Operation • Booth rentals are unattended unless an attendant is added to your package. • All photo booth images are delivered in digital format only via instant sharing and online gallery. Damages & Responsibility • Client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of booth or accessories during rental. • Repair/replacement billed at market value. • Damage deposits may be required at Luxe Curated Events Co. discretion Delivery & Teardown • Delivery, setup, and teardown included in Ellis County. • Travel fees apply outside this area. • Venue access must be confirmed at least 14 days before event. Cancellations & Rescheduling • More than 14 days prior: deposit may transfer to new date (subject to availability). • Less than 14 days: deposit forfeited. • Outdoor events canceled for weather must notify us 24 hrs prior and may reschedule. Client Responsibilities • Ensure safe, accessible setup space. • Supervise children/guests using booth. • No food, drinks, or liquids near the booth. ✨ By booking, you agree to these terms and help us keep your event running smoothly!
